Poor services.

So I have been contacting debonairs pizza the one located on plaza,Gem city from yesterday.Finally I get a hold of them today and spoke to a female by the name of Abongile who says they put of stitch and took my details staying she will call when they do.I keep call after every two hours just to check as I knew they would never call.I had to download their app which then was showing that the reastraunt was running,so I had to call in again and find out if they received stock and she stated they did and yet they didn't call me like they said they would.I placed my order at 3:28pm,I received an sms at 3:46 with my order details and the lady said it will take an hour.I also requested over the phone for a card machine as I didn't have cash.Two hours later I'm still waiting I tried calling the restaurant but not response,finally my order came.The delivery guy Said he didn't know I wanted to pay card and looked at slip then says he is sort he sees it in the slip.I gave him his top and he advised me he will come back with the machine or will come tomorrow,I told him to take my details down and if there is a problem they should call me.when I finally get to eat the pizza it was absolutely horrible the pizza was so cold and dry,the dough was so tasteless that it made the pizza more worse.I would.have expected fresh pizza since I was told.they was waiting for stock..and the pizza I received looked like it was old and horrible.I'm very disappointed in their services,I understand with the lockdown and stuff but debonair advertise they opening from the 01st of May they supposed to prepare and get themselves on order or if they had run out of stock to put in on their page,I wasted so much airtime just trying to order and get a hold of them which is very frustrating.I obviously can not take my anger out on the delivery guy,he is just doing his job and dropping food.But the service I received from the restaurant is terrible,they shouldn't be operating if the food is so horrible,end of the day we paying the full price,the pizzas I orders as well they had to do substitutions as they didn't have ingredients,so they shouldn't be operating if they not able to give 100%.what worse they not even taking calls or giving call like they said they would,so waste of time.I wouldn't even rate this place at all,because it's deserves a -0.
