Poor Service...But Good Manager at Store

I called in and placed an order at 19h30...they stated that it will be about an hour which I said is not a problem....at 8h30 I called and they said the driver had left....I was forced to call the store about 5 times who did not help....at 21h30 I took a drive down and the pizza was at the store but on the slip it stated for collection yet I asked for delivery I was assisted by Neliswe Who is the manager at the Raisethorpe PMB branch...she was so kind and stated she is sorry and gave me the pizza for free...but stated she has to pay for it....if this is how Debonairs treat their staff and customers ...it's pathetic...I will not be ordering from them anymore
