Poor service....bad manager

Good afternoon Went to debonairspizza at vereeniging today and we told the manager about our previous experience where we placeced an order around 2pm it was delivered around 8pm ( 6 hours later)and we were not happy about it, she never seemed to care about that so we asked for the debonairs email and she gave us "***" with and attitude...
