Poor Service yet again

I placed an order with Debonairs Montana. Despite my prior poor experience with them, I spoke to a manager who assured me that they are always striving for customer service excellence. So I place an order and shortly receive a call from the store stating that they do not deliver to East Lynne. Despite having been here before. After speaking to Jacqueline who could not give me a simple yes or no answer, I told her to cancel my order. What PATHETIC service. How do you state that you deliver to an area, accept an order and then phone the customer to say you actually don't deliver???? And to the same customer twice???? I will NEVER EVER again order from you and will go out of my way to tell everyone how absolutely DISGUSTING your treatment of your clientele is.
