Poor service very unreliable

I downloaded the app and ordered online. I got confirmation that they are making my order at the store chosen (Jabulani mall). A few minutes later I get a call from the store and they say they are not delivering in my area anymore and that I must fetch my order. Why was I not made aware when I was ordering that means the app and ordering online is useless. I asked them to cancel my order, what an inconvenience. Will be deleting the stupid app. Want nothing to do with debonairs.
