Poor service & unsatisfied customer

I'm unhappy with Debonairs Springs Gate. Every time I order for collections, I have to wait an extra 30 minutes for them to prepare. When I got there, one lady said she doesn't know anything about my order so they had to prepare it while I stood there. Clearly they don't take customers seriously and the worse part is that I wasted my R200 on a dry pizza with a burned pizza base.
