Poor service/ order

I am very upset with Debonairs Pizza East London Vincent. On the 18th of October I have ordered triple deck large through app. I have waited for my order about 1h30, Got delivered very cold. Unfortunately I only discovered after the driver have left. This was very disgusting, that time I have no microwave to warm it again. I have been ordering from Debonairs I have never experience such disrespect!! *** that's my number
