Poor Service & Misleading Advertising

Very disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order through Mr D, and the app clearly stated that if you spend R150 or more, delivery is free. My order was above that amount, yet I was later told I had to collect in-store at Debonairs Melrose. This is misleading and extremely inconvenient. If a promotion is advertised, it should be honored. Poor service from both Mr D and Debonairs Melrose — definitely not the customer experience I expected.
