Poor service-lifestyle centurion

Good evening

It is very disappointing Debbonairs at Centurion Lifestyle, I made an order at 18:00 on 25th November till this end time is 20:40 no deliver. I have called already 4 X times and the staff put me on the manager, all the manager is saying I am sorry the driver will come. This manager even **** and ask me to give him my pin code to access my building and claiming is what the driver looking for . There's no delivery and I am wondering what the manager will do with the access code he has request.

This is not the first time if the order is not wrong it's either not delivered. Can someone look at this, as it is clear that Debbonairs do not have respect for its customers and vision is dead.
