Poor service, late delivery, cold pizza
I ordered pizza on Saturday night at 6:30pm online through debonairs. I received confirmation that the pizzas should be delivered in 40min. At 7:30pm I called Van riebeeck park Debonairs to find out how much longer the pizzas were going to take. I was told by an employee that it takes 1 hour 45min to make the pizza and that it would be delivered soon. The pizzas were delivered at 8:45pm, cold, not cooked properly and lacking any flavour. The delivery guy apologized saying that the pizzas are cold but i must just put them in the oven and they will be fine. This is just terrible service.
