Poor service ito ,answering phones,delivery and order

<p>Placed an order for pizzas at the KZN,Overport branch at 18h48 with Precious.I was told that order will take btw 40 and 45 minutes.At 19h45 no order as yet.Called and after some time they picked up and the lady stated that the order is on its way.Still no order at 19h55,so called and was put thru the Manager,Lungile,whom stated that she will investigate and call me back in 2 minutes.At 19h58,no call received and I called back and Lugile stated that she was busy with another customer,hence not returned my call.Feedback was that all deliveries were to take an hour and she stated that Precious failed to inform me of this.Whatever guys....it's all at the point of sale and thumbs down to u and point of no return to Debonairs....sorry kids....Romans here we come!</p>
