Poor service indeed

Debonairs Pizza Diepkloof neh

So I ordered some pizza online at 18:54 then after an hour I called the store to follow up on my order and they said the pizza is out for delivery so the driver will come anytime soon but please be patient as the driver has many deliveries to do So I asked myself how is that a big company like debonairs have one delivery guy since they said the driver has too many deliveries so I waited At 20:55 I called again because now it's 2hrs and I've been waiting for my pizza and the nice lady who answered the call said she will check who took the pizza for delivery and check how far is the person and I waited 15min 33seconds on the call and still I didn't get what I was looking for and I can hear the staff talking at the back so she clearly forgot about me so no it's my airtime being drained here

I'm so disappointed at debonairs Diepkloof branch with such poor service I waited for 2hours for a box of pizza then no show then I called the store and I waited 15min and they left me hanging on the call
