Poor service got ****med

The worst service ever , we placed an an order at 13:45 and expected to arrive at 14:16 . Order never arrived but when I tracked it said arrived . Called in store at 14:19 saying the driver was heading out . The time was 14:41 when I called in again to check my order a still hadn’t arrived . This is honestly the worst service ever and I still haven’t received my pizza
