Poor Service from Kuilsriver Debonairs

Debonairs Kuilsriver:

Very poor service. Placed annorder at 17:26. Only received my food at 19:30. TWO HOURS later. Called numerous times and just kept being told your food will be there in a few minutes… a few minutes since I called turned into 40minutes! Receiving ice cold pizza with rock hard cheese? First I am told they only have one driver doing all their deliveries as the other driver broke down. Then I get told no they have 4 drivers by the next person I call. Then I just keep getting told we very busy. Being busy does not excuse waiting for TWO HOURS for food. Stop prioritizing people ordering in store above online orders that was placed before their food. Being busy is no excuse for delivering food THAT late.
