Poor service from Debonairs Port Shepstone

I had a terrible experience with Debonairs Port Shepstone. I placed my order and it took over an hour for my food to arrive, even after calling three times to check on the delivery status, as the app said my order had already been delivered.

I ordered three "Real Deal More Daan" meals, which come with a small pizza, a Coke, and chicken shots, as well as two extra portions of chicken shots and another small pizza. When the food finally arrived, it was a mess. My order was missing a Coke, and all five portions of chicken shots were crammed into one container, despite my order being for six separate people.

When I called back to let them know, they told me they had run out of Coke and that they didn’t have containers to separate the chicken shots. This was incredibly frustrating, as it meant I couldn’t properly serve the food as intended. This level of service is unacceptable, and I won't be ordering from here again.
