Poor service from Debonairs pizza sky city

Debonairs sky city mall should be closed down, there is no need for it, how would you explain taking 3 hours to deliver a pizza from the mall just less than 5Km away, the Manager was just as useless, in that 3 hours I could've gone and bought ingredients and made my own pizza and would have eaten and took a nap before they delivered, I would never ever order from them, check order ORDER #***2, oh and the still charge for delivery fee on food never delivered, absolute disgrace
