Poor service from Debonairs Pizza Klipfontein Rd

Debonairs pizza in Klipfontein Rd dont even deserve a star. This is the 2nd time I ordered and no service received. 1st order was placed and I followed up told me they will deliver, which they never did and the shop closed at 10pm without notification. So.my guest had to leave without anything although I promised a light supper. 2nd time now 14-02-2020 placed order and 2hrs later when I called to check up on my order they suddenly didn't have network therefore my order didn't go through. I asked the lady noledi to replaced the order and put me through to the manager. Manager not available. Still didn't receive my order with no follow up from Manager. Then we complain about service. We the people ourselves are responsible for poor delivery or proper service and then we moan about our job losses but we don't even go the extra mile at making a difference.
