Poor Service from Debonairs Pizza delivery staff and Store Manager

Ordered 3 Pizzas from Debonairs Pizza South Gate Mall Johannesburg South yesterday the 09 February at 19:33. The Debonairs Pizza Delivery guy arrived an hour later with my order. When I got to my house I found what looked like someone was shaking and flinging the Pizza all over the Place. I tired to call the store back however they were closed already. I took photos and called the call center who advised I send them all the details via email. I have not received an feedback from the Debonairs Complaints department. I called the store this afternoon to advise them of what happened and they are refusing to assist me. They say I should have not thrown the damaged pizza in the trash. I advised them they can come dig in the Communal Trash bin at my complex to come find the pizza and boxes if they are willing to do that. I have taken all the picture they need so how much more proof do they need that their drivers were negligent in how they took care of my pizza when transporting it .
