Poor service from Debonairs Pizza Columbine square

On the 18th December 2021 at 15:40 I ordered a pizza online for delivery, at 17:05 I called Debonairs Pizza Columbine to enquire about my order and I was told the driver collected it a while ago. At 17:14 I received 2 please call me from a number 060.... I didn't call the number since I don't entertain call backs. At 17:32 I received a call from the same number that sent me please call earlier and the caller told me I should call him he doesn't have airtime he wants to deliver my pizza and he can't find my address. I told him I can't order pizza and call him to deliver, whereas I've been ordering in other restaurants using the same address and I got my delivery without a hustle. When the delivery guy arrive at my gate he was so rude and telling me I should have call him cause its my food. Also the pizza was so cold I had to warm it. He couldn't even apologize.
