Poor service from Debonairs pizza

Ordered pizza online for delivery at kagiso mall Debonairs, after waiting for over two hours I called twice to enquire on the delivery and was told they (call centre can’t get hold of the store). Ended up going to the store were again I had to wait before being refunded Almost 3 hours later I get refunded without even an explanation or a simple apology I Have had disturbing experiences before with Debonairs but this one took the cup
