Poor Service from Debonairs Jabulani Mall

Placed an online order with Debonairs Jabulani Mall (Soweto) - despite receiving an incorrect order. Called the store more 5 times with no joy of getting through.

Eventually when i got through - Supervisor Puleng assists me with a very unprofessional attitude and just made my day even worse.

I really think your staff need training and need to know how to deal with customers, they choose this field and they should try and control the pressure and temper and assist customers to the best of their ability.

No more shame - i'm so disappointed.
