Poor Service from Debonairs and their Uneducated Managers.

I swiped my card on the 5th November 2022 and collected my pizza it was fine until my account was deducted with the same amount I paid for a week later on the 13th November 2022,I provided them with my bank statement and still today they can't give us answers about refunding our money they took from our accounts. The manager is so pathetic she can't even give us straight answers or the owner 's contact details even an email address. A big company like debonairs shouldn't be doing such things I'm so disappointed and I need answers .
