poor service from debonaires yeoville

I sent someone to go and buy pizza for me at 8:30am I told him to tell them to deliver it at my place and he did that and gave them my address and number..They came here at my play at 10:05pm and im just 5minutes drive from the restaurant and told me that i didnt pay for it and I refused to pay again then the delivery guy took the pizza and go while the person who went there for me is the one who gave them my address and my number then i had to call the person to go again to the shop and the only thing they said sorry it was the cashiers mistake
