POOR SERVICE

I'm very disappointed, I placed an order at Cosmo mall Debonairs at 19;38 was told the delivery will be done in 1hr 15mins to 1hr 30mins. Waited nothing till next day no phone call. Then i called to speak to the manager the lady that answered the phone refused to give me her name and told me i can say what i need to say the manger is listening. Then i said if the manager is listening i will appreciate that the manager takes my call and he or she confirms that he/shes the manager, the lady refuse so i told her the reason for my call. After that she says i will transfer your call to the manager then i asked what manager as you said the manager is listen to our conversation she puts my call on hold then after a minute she says i cant get hold of the manager I'm still asking for her name she drops my call. On Sunday at 14h06 i get a call from the driver coming to deliver the order asked the driver when i place d the order he says just now. I spoke to a guy called David on Sunday told him what happened and i need the name for that person who dropped my call till now no call from he told me he will ask his boss to check, I never going to use Debonairs in Cosmo mall the service is very bad and poor this is the 2nd time complaining last time the pizza was burnt i called them no one came back to me.
