Poor Service

I am utter disgusted by Sasolburg service, I ordered online and waited 2+ hours before getting my order. I called the store countless times and all they keep saying was my order is out for delivery, I live 10 mins away from the store.

My order finally gets to me after close to 3 hours, the driver is rude and impatient. The chilli I ordered is not here, neither is it on the pizza as the driver said it was on the pizza. The 2 pizza wraps are in an unacceptable condition to eat. They are squashed, squishy and soaky. My box looks reused, it’s so dirty and not clean.

I need a refund because I’m not eating these things, I’m disappointed yet again with Debonairs. First it was wings that looked white as if they’re boiled, with an untidy wrap. Now it’s this
