Poor service

I'm very disappointed with the service at debonairs pizza thohoyandou Plaza branch, I bought a pizza online, went to collect 10 minutes after, only for them to tell me it is not ready. Okay, I understood, then waisted for more than 15 minutes more, which made it almost 30 minutes waiting period, what is the point of buying online if I will have to wait for almost half an hour? Your service is very poor and your stuff are very rude.
