Poor Service Experience at Debonairs Pizza Chuma Mall

I was really disappointed with the service I received at Debonairs Pizza Chuma Mall. I ordered Chicken Shots with sweet chilli sauce on the side, but when I received my order, the sauce was packed inside a small clear plastic bag instead of a proper container. This was unhygienic and very unprofessional for a well-known brand like Debonairs.

I expected better packaging and attention to detail. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the quality and presentation of take-away orders in the future.
