Poor service ever

I called their landline number *** at 20:29 I asked them to place order at deboinars twin city mall Bloemfontein and just pick up person who answered advice that branch is offline so I must go and place order at the branch I rushed to the branch arrived 20:40 but it was closed as the manager at the branch so I want to know where is the consitancy what time are they closing is at 20:30 or 21:00 the petrol I wasted to go to Twin City for nothing
