Poor service ever ,

I placed an order around 13h00 and i haven't reviewed my order even now 16h13 i spoke to Hombolani who is supervisor in charge because apparently there is no manager in charge, and the supervisor was so useless In a way that he doesn't know customer service no manner and I was talking to him in english but he was busy insisting to speak in tsonga ,I end up asking him if he know to speak English, I never received such a poor service across south africa,I called several times with no luck only receiving poor service from supervisor in debonairs pizza acornhoek mall , ***
