Poor Service

Debonairs at Philip Nel Park - 26 March 2020. I placed an order for delivery at debonairs pizza Phillip Nel Park. I waited 2 hours for the order, then I called them to find out where my order was. Only after 30mins they responded to my call, and had the audacity to still ask if I had wanted my order to be delivered. When the delivery guy finally arrived with my order, payment was done. Only to find out there was a "huge bite" on the pizza and I had to send back the order because I was unhappy. I already waited so long for the order now a huge bite on the pizza! I sent it back and asked for a refund, it was a hassle, because the employees took it as a joke and the manager took his time to assist me. I was unhappy and disappointed with their service because I am a regular customer and have always been a loyal customer to Debonairs Pizza at Philip Nel.
