Poor Service

I ordered pizza on 25May 18:16 for delivery not even 1km away from the shop.. I tipped 10 persent just to find myself driving to the shop 2 hours later to find out and collect own pizza. I ordered a double deal, arrived at home to find out i was supp**** with a double crust pizza which i didnt order and cold. Sorry but very poor service. If i didnt get into my car and collect pizza i wouldnt receive my food which paid for online and got the order wrong... very dissapointing!
