Poor Service

I placed an order online and it was accepted by the store at 14h49 but it took so long that it arrived after 16h00. When the driver arrive to deliver, he forgot my cold drink. He had to return to fetch it and it took him 45 minutes to return with my cold drink. Mind you I'm just 5 minute away from the restaurant. Just when I thought this is over, they delivered the wrong pizza and the pastry was stodgy.
