Poor service

I was at Trade route mall, and placed an order online for collection @ 12:17 and went to your restaurant and still it was not ready... I waited for over 30 minutes for my order and received it @13:00..... My question is whats the use of ordering online if I'm still going to wait for over 30 minutes for an order...
