Poor service delivery, terrible customer service
I ordered pizza from Debonairs on the 11 June 2019 and received a message that the pizza will be delivered by Maponya Mall. After waiting patiently for almost two hours I tried calling numerous times only for the call to be put down in my ear, numerous times. Needless to say I never received my order. They never even had the decency to call back or even message stating the reason for non delivery.
Furthermore, I contacted the Debonairs Manager today who told me that after a certain time they just don't deliver in my area. He just told me that they'll try to fix it going forward and said sorry.
Funny how we should accept terrible service delivery with just a sorry at the end, or sometimes not even a sorry and these big franchises just expect us to come back all the time.
Nice one guys continue this way and you will lose many more customers
