Poor service delivery and I want my refund
I ordered pizza on friday(31 may 2019) at 7:49,I waited for 1hr 30 mins,I then called the store and I spoke to Monica instead of explaining and apologizing for the delay she then hanged up the phone on Me,and I had paid my order online.I told the driver I don't want my order anymore cause I had made other alternatives. Yesterday (01June 2019)I called their 087number trying to lay a complain and asking for my refund the lady said to me they will call me back in a min,they never did.I tried calling them back and they never picked up. That's Debonair pizza in Nina Park.
