Poor service Delivery

Ordered Pizza at Debonairs in Protea Glen, online (27/12/2025) at 18:47. The store accepted the order and I paid. It’s now 20:23 and the order hasn’t been delivered, the driver was on the way and all of a suddenly the app crashes, and there’s no communication from the store or the driver, driver details doesn’t show, but the name of the driver is “Lucas”, I called them a couple of times and it just goes off, the app is also down, I can’t track the delivery, but the order receipt is there.
