Poor Service Delivery

Terrible service I always order because my kids like pizza...they always late with delivery...today I ordered at 11:06am and it's 12:30pm now I still have not received my order...when I phone the store at 12:19pm they tell me the cram decker is not in stock they just received stock now and tried contacting me to let me know...when a product is out of order on the app the option to choose it is grayed out.I have not received any call and on the app it says my order has been delivered to me by lunga.

It's now 12:43pm just received my order after I called at 12:19pm. Received order from Nathi.
