Poor service delivery

I ordered on the Tripple and only received 2 trays. Not happy at all with Tshepiso' Debonairs service. Then spoke to the store manager he never got back to me, hang up the call. Service delivery pathetic. All I want is my refund on the Pizza I did not receive
