Poor service delivery
It's completely unacceptable for an order to arrive 3 hours after we ordered. They said the longest it would talk was 90min. This is not the 1st incident, the last order arrived late and cold. You guys must not accept more orders for delivery if you don't have capacity! Absolutely unacceptable to wait this long for an order!!!!
