Poor Service Delivered

They just give you what they want..

We ordered a Creamy Chicken Tripple Decker (large including a Chicken and Mushroom large pizza) The tripple decker was literally falling apart. We were sitting and waiting on our order and we saw how the staff took the pizza from one box to another the 3 layers was demolished. When my husband asks to speak to the Manager, the lady at the till Lindi said she is the manager and just ignored my husband as he said we want another pizza. We at the store currently 19 June 2021 at 21:00 and the order was placed 20:44 with order number 165. To my surprise even the delivery guy.... Who delivers the pizzas is t the back changing around the pizzas in the boxes wow! This is Debonairs Kromboom 4u :-(
