POOR SERVICE DEBONIARS VERULAM

On Friday night ...it was 17.30 I placed my order for a large creamy chicken pizza ...the agent said I will get it in 45 mins I said it was fine ...it was going to 18.30 still no pizza ...I called again ...the agent said it will arrive in 2 mins still no calls from the driver ...at 18.35 I called again requested to speak to the manager in verulam ...Mr Bongani picked the line ...he didn't even know his email address anyway he asked if the driver contacted me I said no ...he then called the driver an the drivers response was ...I am doing u a favour to bring the pizza ...not realizing I paid for delivery...there is no such thing as favours anyway he said he was on his way ...it's now 18.45 the driver comes gave him land marks ...he drivers up an down ..calling me an I am saying the landmarks again .. eventually I had to scream he leaves the bike on the road an bring the pizza ...19.05 I recieved it but cold ....he didn't even apologize for the late delivery or the manager in verulam didn't even do a courtesy call...is this the service we get as a paying customer...very disappointed....and I would not recommend anyone to such poor quality service
