Poor service Debonairs Reservoir Hills

Placed an order at 18h31. Was told to expect delivery between 30 & 40 minutes. After 60 minutes I called to follow up. The person on the other end kept on transferring me to a line that was not answered. On the 3rd occasion she still transferred me even after me telling her not to! On the 6th call I asked her to transfer me to her supervisor. She transferred me to Debonairs Umhlanga! Not sure if it was deliberate or incompetence. Order arrived at 20h15. That's an hour 45 minutes. Absolutely disgusting customer service. My disappointed kids had already eaten s****s by then. Gonna be a long time until I support Debonairs Reservoir Hills again.
