Poor Service Debonairs Mall of the North
<p>I placed an oder telephonically at 18:44 on 25 November 2016 and i was informed that the order will be ready after 20 minutes for collection. I arrived at the shop at 19:01 and the manager informed me that the order was not ready as they just started preparing it while i am already in the store and indicated that it will take 5 minutes to prepare. My order was not prepared in 5 minutes as promised and i only received it at 19:20 (35 minutes later)</p>
