Poor service, Debonairs Eerste River

I'm writing this review to express my dissatisfaction in the service I received from your app and restaurant service. On the 3/10/25 at 17:49 I ordered online expecting a swift delivery to my parents house. Just after that I left work to go to their house and wait for the delivery. As I arrived, the delivery showed "delivered". I then made a few calls consecutively to the Debonairs customer care which was of no real help. I then decided to go the Debonairs Eerste River restaurant from where I order the pizza from and asked for the manager. The manager in turn never apologized and looked at me as if I'm crazy. That was appalling! I've always requested from their other restaurants in the vicinity, but my word this was an experience. The manager is rude. The customer service agents don't know anything. I need feedback from an area manager on this
