Poor Service Debonairs cape Road Port Elizabeth

In January one evening we stopped for take away Pizza at Debonairs Cape Road Newton Park Port Elizabeth at the time there was still a 9pm curfew. We were told about 20 minutes wait, at 8pm the shop doors were closed and we had to stand on the pavement. We waited 50 minutes for our Pizza, i eventually went inside only to ding our Pizza on the waiting tray. I immediately sent a complaint, since then i have sent numerous follow up emails each time with the same generic reply, and an email address and telephone number to call that do not even work. This is what Debonairs thinks of customers, they have total and utter disrespect for people who actually spend money in their stores . I will never buy anything from them again
