Poor service debonairs bluedowns

Each and every time I order a pizza from debonairs. The order online says that it has been delivered but the driver never delivers anything and the pizza only comes a half an hour later.

One must first call to the call centre, the call centre calls the store. Store probably calls the driver. Then the driver calls. Then the driver I dealt with tonight has no way of speaking tk a customer. Telling me I'll deliver when I'll deliver your food. That is totally unacceptable.

And this is definitely not the first. Why does the app says food is delivered when it is only gets delivered a half hour later... One can't wait almost two hours for food. Especially when ordering online.
