Poor Service debonairs

Debonairs Southgate it is the second time I have ordered from them where my pizza was two hours late and cold.

Unacceptable! Every time I called to follow up on my order the staff dropped the call the moment I mentioned when will my order be delivered.

Poor service and and very rude staff.
