Poor service debonair bethal

What a poor service I receive for debonair in bethal,I called in and place an order and arrived after an hour my order was still not ready was no 353 and they were already on 400 no explanation no apology and waited another 20 minutes still nothing and when I asked what was taking so long no one care to explain, it was business as usual to them, I had to cancel my order.
