Poor service

I was at Debonairs Boskruin, Shell garage to buy Pizza. The lady that was helping me had a bad attitude. I requested her to substitute Debonairs sauce with Tikka sauce of which she did but she was not happy in such a way that when I needed to pay she didn't give me a speed point. I had to stretch my hand over her to pay. I just wonder if is this the way things are done. I fell so disrespected as a long standing customer for Debonairs Boskruin. I even asked her if she didn't want to come to work today. What a poor service I received today from Sefara Mapadi.
