Poor Service

I ordered pizza via call centre (Zevenwacht mall)at about 19:13. The agent advised my pizza would arrive an hour late around 20:00. I waited until I almost gave up. The delivery guy Tambo only delivered the pizza at exactly 21:15 two hours later. The pizza was cold and there was no apology. I called him back from outside and advised that the pizza is cold. He apologised and advised that he had 4 deliveries before me.

The service is actually a disgrace. The inconvenience as I was about to look for another alternative. I only paid because it was too late to get something else to eat. I am beyond disappointed to say the least.
